
Niko Almontero is a Filipino-born, London-based founder building a collective of food brands that celebrate Filipino flavours through tradition and innovation.
Before launching his own concepts, Niko spent over six years managing kitchens at some of Londons busiest venues, including Pergola Paddington and The Prince. That experience shaped a practical, high-standard approach to food and service: consistency at volume, calm execution under pressure, and hospitality that makes people feel genuinely welcome.

Niko also developed his craft through as Head Chef with Salvation in Noodles, Mam Notting Hill, and Lola's Cupcakes (NPD team), where he strengthened the skills that sit behind every successful concept product development, customer-led iteration, and turning great ideas into items people come back for.

Today, Niko leads a multi-brand umbrella designed to show up for different moments from breakfast and street food to full catering and desserts:

The collective has catered for major events and festivals including Big Feastival, Filifest, Celebrasia, and Wilderness, as well as high-profile clients such as TikTok. Whether its an intimate celebration or a high-volume service, the goal remains the same: share the warmth and soul of Filipino food, and create vibrant spaces where everyone feels at home.
